These terms apply when you purchase services from Next Step CVs. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Our services
Next Step CVs provides CV writing and improvement, cover letters, job-application support and related career-document services.
Our services are designed to help you present your genuine experience clearly and professionally. We do not guarantee interviews, job offers or employment.
Information you provide
You are responsible for ensuring that the employment history, qualifications, skills, dates and other information you provide is accurate.
We will not knowingly fabricate qualifications, employment, achievements or other material information.
If information required to complete your order is missing, we may contact you for clarification.
Payment
Payment is required through our secure payment provider before work begins unless otherwise agreed.
Current package prices are displayed on our website at the time of purchase.
Delivery
Our normal target delivery times are:
CV Refresh — 2–3 working days
Career Upgrade — 3–4 working days
Complete Job Pack — 4–5 working days
These are target times rather than guaranteed deadlines. Delivery may take longer where additional information or clarification is required from the customer.
Revisions
CV Refresh includes one round of revisions. Career Upgrade and Complete Job Pack each include two rounds of revisions.
Cancellations and refunds
Because our services involve personalised work created specifically for each customer, cancellation rights can depend on whether you have asked us to begin providing the service during the applicable cancellation period and whether the service has been fully performed.
We will handle cancellation and refund requests in accordance with applicable UK consumer law. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

AI-assisted work
We may use AI-assisted tools during drafting, editing and reviewing. The purpose is to help produce clear and professional career documents from the genuine information you provide.
Customer responsibility
You should review your completed documents before submitting them to an employer or recruiter and tell us promptly if any factual information is incorrect.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service develops. The terms applicable to your purchase will be those in effect when you place your order.
